Juicing has been a staple in my life for the last two years. I love the health benefits of fresh juice and it’s a great way to get your greens in! Most weeks I make my own juice right here at home. But there are times when life is too busy to spend an hour juicing! When life is too busy for me to make juice, I turn to buying juice.
I recently discovered Evolution Fresh and I love it! Talk about taste the rainbow – checkout the varieties available! Evolution Fresh is cold-pressed to help retain the nutrients. Many juices are heat pasteurized which can deteriorate the nutrients in the juice. Evolution Fresh has no added ingredients or colors – juice pure vegetable and fruit juice. All of Evolution Fresh juices are non-GMO project verified and many contain organic produce.
I have enjoyed all of the Evolution Fresh juices so far but my favorites are Sweet Greens with Ginger, Sweet Greens with Lemon and Organic V. The greens remind me of my own juice I make here at home since I used many of the same ingredients! The other day I spent a couple of hours in my garden. I was feeling worn out when I came inside so I reached for Sweet Greens with Ginger. It’s like an instant pick-me-up! The juice tastes so fresh, keeps me hydrated and gives me a burst of nutrients I need.
On a hot summer day my boys enjoy popsicles. Instead of giving them a sugar filled pop, we made juice pops with Evolution Fresh Defense Up, fresh strawberries and blueberries. I chopped up the strawberries and then added the fruit to the popsicle molds. I filled each mold with the Defense Up and froze overnight.
The next day we had a delicious treat the whole family enjoyed! The orange and pineapple juice in the Defense Up juice made these juice pops a tropical treat on a hot day! It was really refreshing!
