When I pick up my fitness magazines, I’m always inspired to try something new! My body needs the new challenge and what’s great about these new twists is that I never get bored with my fitness routine. Additionally, I can find these fitness moves on video on my ipad and/or desktop for at home or on the go workouts.
Recently, I read about “The Yin/Yang Workout” by Janet Lee in Shape’s May 2013 issue. “Flab & stress don’t stand a chance against this 30-minute sculpting routine!” Now that’s a time frame that I can incorporate into an already busy day. Lee says,

Still, for go-hard-or-go-home exercisers, these slow-paced practices can be a tough sell. The solution: this set of intervals designed by trainer Jessica Smith and her husband, Guillermo Gomez, which alternates fat-blasting kickboxing with catch-your-breath sculpting moves inspired by these disciplines.
