I am on vacation from work this week and that means dinner should be a breeze! I love that I won’t be rushed to cook dinner! I hope to do some cooking ahead this week and place items in the freezer for our busy days.

Monday-  Slow Cooker Chili

Tuesday- Slow Cooker Pork Roast, Broccoli, Potatoes

Wednesday-  Chicken Wings with Buffalo Wing Sauce, Twice Baked Potatoes, Black Eyed Pea Salsa

Thursday– Tacos

Friday– Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Cole Slaw
