Work Week Menu Plan Week of 12/5/11

Yay! I am back on track with menu planning. Last week was a whirlwind as we traveled the weekend after Thanksgiving. I did not grocery shop last week so we scrambled for meals. I finally replenished our pantry and fridge this weekend so I can get cooking again!

Monday- Scallop Pasta and green salad

Tuesday- Homemade Macaroni & Cheese and Ham, Broccoli (In freezer)

Wednesday- Lobster Bisque, green salad and rolls (Bought the soup)

Thursday– Homemade pizza

  1. I usually have at least a rough idea of dinners for the week by Sunday night, but I didn’t get to yesterday so I’m clueless about what we’re going to eat all week. I should probably get on that so we don’t starve :)
