Well, last weeks menu didn’t go as planned. I ended up getting sick (as I suspected) and Capt. M took a long time to recover from his illness. That’s what I love about having a stockpile though! We were able to make quick and easy meals, such as soup just from the items we had on hand. This week hopefully we are all on the mend!

Monday- Homemade Macaroni & Cheese and Johnsonville Chicken Apple Sausage (I partially made the macaroni & cheese yesterday so it just needs to go in the oven. I also froze one pan for future use!)
Tuesday- Hamburgers and sweet potato fries
Wednesday- Homemade Pizza
Thursday– Chicken Enchiladas
Friday– Chicken Pot Pie

Good for you for having a good stockpile. My stockpile was not suitable for being sick (who wants to eat canned beans?). But I’ve learned my lesson. Hope you’re feeling better.
