The last couple of weeks have been a whirlwind. With baseball season starting along with competition season for karate, we are constantly on the run. Since our weekends have been jam packed, I haven’t had time to meal plan. Yes, I know that planning is supposed to be key when your schedule is crazy. However, something had to give and menu planning was it. We relied on easy meals like tacos and spaghetti to keep us fed. This is a perfect example why you should have 5 Fast Meals in mind for backup menu planning!

Monday- Reuben Sandwiches (leftover meat from the weekend)
Tuesday- Chicken Ranch Tacos
Wednesday- Turkey Burgers, Sweet Potato Fries
Thursday– Breakfast for Dinner
Friday– Italian Sausage Spaghetti Bake
