My evening schedule has settled down for the next few weeks making dinnertime a lot easier to manage! Right now I only have to worry about having Monday night’s dinner ready ahead of time. The rest of the week I should be home right after work to cook! I still try to do some prep work ahead of time since I am usually worn out after work.

Monday- Baked Corn Dog Muffins Recipe, Spinach Salad
Tuesday- Venison Tenderloin, Orzo Pasta with Spinach, Cole Slaw
Wednesday- Baked Whole Chicken, Sweet Potato Fries & Basil Aioli Recipe
Thursday– Spinach Tortellini Soup
Friday– Buffalo Chicken Stromboli (Use leftover chicken from Wed.)
