Work Week Menu Plan Week of 1/13/14

My evening schedule has settled down for the next few weeks making dinnertime a lot easier to manage! Right now I only have to worry about having Monday night’s dinner ready ahead of time. The rest of the week I should be home right after work to cook! I still try to do some prep work ahead of time since I am usually worn out after work.

Tuesday- Venison Tenderloin, Orzo Pasta with SpinachCole Slaw

ThursdaySpinach Tortellini Soup

FridayBuffalo Chicken Stromboli (Use leftover chicken from Wed.)
