Work Week Menu Plan: Time Change

I didn’t get very much accomplished this weekend in the way of cooking! Maybe it was the end of the soccer season or the time change, whatever the reason, the weekend flew by. I did make some Pumpkin Bread and Pumpkin Smoothies for a snack!

Monday- Tacos

Tuesday- Pumpkin Mac & Cheese, Baked Chicken Nuggets (Made Mac & Cheese Sunday, nuggets in freezer)

Wednesday- Shrimp and Lower Fat Alfredo Sauce, Broccoli

Thursday– BLT, Clam Chowder

FridaySlow Cooker Potato Cheddar Cheese Soup
