It’s spring break for my kids this week. That means our schedule is a little less crazy – although we still have baseball and karate. I am keeping up with the easy meals since we have activities most nights when I get off work.

Monday- Chicken Nuggets and Mac & Cheese
Tuesday- Slow Cooker Strogonoff (Using venison instead of beef)
Wednesday- Enchiladas
Thursday– Lasagna Rollups
