Friday was the last day of school! My boys are thrilled that summer break is here! Our schedule gets a little easier in that I will no longer have to worry about homework or making lunches. However, our evening activities are showing no signs of slowing down. Capt. M made the all-star baseball team. It looks like he will be having three baseball practices a week. Plus we are continuing with karate. So Monday through Friday we will be eating on the run!
To prepare for the busy week, I made the following:
Oatmeal Banana Muffins
Apple Bread
Lasagna
Chicken Enchiladas
