Work Week Menu Plan: Revving up for Sports

Ready, set, go! Soccer season is here! Starting this week, both boys will have soccer practice. This always throws a wrench in the dinner menu. Most of the time the boys are leaving for practice as I am getting home from work. That means hubby needs to have something to heat up quickly to feed them before practice. I am prepared this week and cooked ahead!

Monday- Pork Chops, Bacon Mac & Cheese, Carrots (Made mac & cheese Sunday)

Tuesday- Chicken Enchiladas (Made them Sunday)

Wednesday- Italian Sausage Zucchini Bake

Thursday– Breakfast for dinner

Friday– Hamburgers, Grilled Potato Packets
