We did not have a menu plan last week since we had just returned from our Thanksgiving trip. Our refrigerator was basically empty since I didn’t do my usual grocery shopping. We survived on soup, sandwiches and quesadillas for most of the week!

Monday- Slow Cooker Cheddar Potato Soup
Tuesday- Ham, Homemade Macaroni & Cheese, Carrots (made mac& cheese on Sunday)
Wednesday- Slow Cooker Chili, Corn Bread
Thursday– Quiche, Potatoes (Quiche in freezer)
Friday– Hamburgers and Roasted Parmesan Potato Chips
