School is out for summer! What a whirlwind the last few weeks have been. Now that school is out, our schedule will be a tiny bit more relaxed. We still have baseball for a couple of weeks and of course karate. That means we still need quick meals as we will be eating on the run most nights. Although I had a nice four day weekend, I didn’t cook that much! With graduation parties and beautiful weather, we we hardly home. Tons of fun, but no prep meals for the week!

Monday- Broccoli Ranch Slaw, Steak, Italian Bread
Tuesday- Enchiladas
Wednesday- Breakfast for dinner
Thursday– Pork Chops, Potato Packets, Green Salad
Friday– Burgers and Grilled Veggies
