I have had an extended break from work at the dental office- 12 days off! It’s back to work on Wednesday and that means my menu planning is returning! If you are new to Menu Planning, check out my tips on creating a menu plan.
Monday- Slow Cooker Chili and cornbread (Yes it’s New Years Eve but we have no plans- yipee! A movie at home will do just fine!)
Tuesday- Broccoli Cheese Soup, Salad
Wednesday- Tacos
Thursday– Quiche w/ Ham, Cheese and Spinach (Leftover ham from the weekend)
Friday– Chicken Breasts, Vegetable Couscous Recipe
