I had high hopes of doing a lot of cooking this weekend. We ended up spending most of the weekend outdoors though! Gotta love summertime! One thing I did accomplish was going through our extra freezer. I asked hubby to pull out chicken breasts last week and he said he could only find one. I thought that was strange since I am usually pretty good at stocking chicken. Sure enough, in the bottom of the freezer I found 5 lbs. of boneless skinless chicken breasts! It’s a good idea to go through the freezer every once in awhile!

Monday- Pork Chops, Grilled Vegetables, Broccoli Salad
Tuesday- Slow Cooker Ham & Bean Soup, Green Salad (Cooked ham this weekend and need to use that ham bone!)
Wednesday- Chicken Kabobs, Pasta Salad
Thursday– Polenta Taco Bake
Friday– Leftovers
