menu plan monday

Oh what changes a few days brings! We were doing great with homemade meals, organizing our home and following a menu plan. On Thursday afternoon, our life changed. We had a plumbing leak that resulted in our entire house flooding. We are currently residing at a local hotel for the week. This means that there will be no cooking this week.

We are thankful for the wonderful free continental breakfast that the hotel provides. They provide cereal, fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, yogurt and more that will keep our belly’s full for a majority of the day. I think we can get away with only eating out for dinner this week.

We have snacks and lunch items for Capt. M and Mr. B in the hotel room. Our little room is packed to the max with toys, snacks, clothing and personal items. I know we will be sure to appreciate our space when we get back into our home!
