Since we have bought our meat ahead of time in bulk, menu planning is essential! I can’t tell you how many times I have forgotten to take meat out of the freezer. Over the last couple of weeks I have got into the habit of pulling out meat on Sunday night for the beginning of the week. This has been a huge help!

Monday- Meatloaf Muffins, Artichokes, Carrots & Potatoes
Tuesday- Spaghetti with Italian Sausage, (Marinara Sauce in freezer)
Wednesday– Spicy Ranchero Fish Tacos
Thursday– Southwest Chicken Wraps (Never got around to making it last week!)
Friday– Pizza Calzones
