Are you ready for Christmas? I can’t believe we are less than a week away! I have a pretty busy week with candy making and baking to do along with present wrapping. I am keeping the menu plan pretty easy this week to accommodate my busy week.

Monday- Taco Bake (I usually make this with polenta but I didn’t have time to make it this weekend. I will be using tortillas.)
Tuesday- Pesto, Sun Dried Tomato and Chicken Pasta (chicken leftover from Sunday)
Wednesday- Homemade Pizza
Thursday– Italian Sausage With Basil Tomato Cream Sauce Recipe
Friday– Ham, Green beans, Orzo Pilaf (The ham leftovers will be used for recipes for Christmas Eve dinner.)
