Work Week Menu Plan: Change of Routine

Here we go; our routine is changing this week! Hubby has been a stay at home dad for almost two years now. This week he starts a part time job! His hours will be early in the morning, like 4am to 9am. That means I am responsible for getting the kids ready in the morning and on the bus all by myself. Oh what a chore! We also have soccer practice two nights a week making dinner a rush scenario. We are digging into the freezer to help out with our new routine!

To make lunch packing easy, I made the following Sunday:

Homemade granola bars

Banana Bread

Snack-Packs-300x225

Snack Mix

Jell-O

Cut veggies

Monday- Pork chops, mac & cheese, corn

Tuesday- Spaghetti and Meatballs (Sauce and meatballs in freezer)

Wednesday- Turkey Meatloaf Muffins, Leftover Mac & Cheese (Turkey meatloaf in freezer)

ThursdayHomemade Chicken Nuggets, Couscous, Carrots

Friday– Tilapia, Italian Pasta Salad
