Things are getting back to normal around here as far as the schedule goes. We still have months of work ahead of us as far as the water damage, but we are so glad to be home! We really missed home cooked meals and our own beds!
If you are new to Menu Planning, check out my tips on creating a menu plan.
Dinner
Monday- Hamburgers, grilled asparagus
Tuesday- Buffalo Chicken Wraps, green salad
Wednesday- Chicken Stroganoff, broccoli
Thursday– Spaghetti with Italian Sausage
Friday– Beef Roast, rosemary glazed carrots and potatoes
Lunches
For my lunches I will pack leftovers or eat lean cuisines. Plus Tuesday I get to go out to eat with my work group for our monthly lunch meeting!
Snacks: grapes, apples, granola bars, Ritz crackers, carrots and ranch dip, string cheese
For Capt. M, Mr. B and Hubby they will have sandwiches- ham, turkey or PB&J. Or the kids can make their homemade lunchables with lunch meat, crackers and sliced cheese. Not too exciting, but it’s what they like!
What is on your menu this week?

Stopping by from Menu Plan Monday. Honestly, I clicked on your pic because it said “How to have it all.” And then I saw your tag line, and it made me laugh. But I’m so glad I found your blog!
Your recipe for the glazed carrots and potatoes sounds amazing. I grew carrots this fall, and they taste like candy they are so sweet. I can’t wait to try this recipe with them.
Thanks for stopping by Gaby! Since your carrots are already sweet, you might want to reduce the sugar! There is nothing like garden vegetables! Can’t wait until Spring!
