Instead of relaxing on Mother’s Day, I spent the morning working in the garden and the afternoon cooking! We have another busy week upon us with three nights of baseball and hubby preparing to go out of town for part of the week. I made dinner for Monday while I made dinner for Sunday! I also made some snacks like banana oatmeal muffins and I roasted some beets for my lunch salads.

Monday- Homemade Calzones
Tuesday- Slow Cooker Drumsticks, Couscous
Wednesday- Salad Bar
Thursday– Snacks? Sandwiches? (Not sure what or when we will eat since Capt. M has a baseball game as soon as I get off work!)
Friday– Bacon Avocado Pasta
