A Winded Point | Get Fit Faster

Have you ever started an exercise program and just tired out!?! You were just TOO WINDED—-and you let yourself say, “I can’t.” We may have all been there once or twice….and we may find ourselves there again. But this tidbit of knowledge will help you and me both, push through to GET FIT 3 TIMES FASTER!

You read it right.

Prevention magazine’s source, Journal of Sports Science Medicine, presented their findings in January 2015’s issue….with the end result noted as, “You’ll hit your goals faster if you push yourself to that winded point at least once a week!”

What happens is that we increase our VO2, the amount of oxygen our bodies can use! Each week, we’ll get stronger in our workouts and our daily activities in life!

That’s encouragement to get to that winded point in my workout! And if we do, the research shows that we’ll get fit three times faster.
