We eat a lot of fruit this time of year. Fruit salads are best eaten fresh and don’t stay well in the refrigerator. The fruit tends to get squishy and turns colors. Instead of throwing the fruit out, follow this tip!
If we have leftover fruit salad, I throw it in the freezer! We then use the frozen fruit to make smoothies!
Instead of throwing out that fruit salad, freeze it! Frozen fruit chunks are good to munch on or turn it into a smoothie.
