Most of our family lives far away from us. As a result, my boys tend to get money for their Birthday’s rather than presents. I am debating on what to do with the money.
I am curios, what do you do with your child’s Birthday money?
- Place the money in a savings account.
- Give the child a portion of the money to buy what they wish and save the rest.
- Let the child spend all of the money.
- Plan a family adventure with the money.
I am thinking about letting him buy a few accessories for the toy he got for his Birthday. I also think we will take him on a fun day trip- like Virginia Safari Park. Since we have a gazillion toys, a making memories adventure seems like a good idea!
