Keep your eyes open for emails from Starbucks if you are part of the Starbucks Star rewards program! In my (Litsa’s) inbox, I received a STAR code for one free star. I simply copied and pasted the code into my Starbucks Star account. Then, I returned to my email to check the other notations. It noted that I could enter four star codes for a free $5 egift card and/or 6 star codes for a $10 egift card! These sound good to me since I was going to be buying Starbucks coffee this coming week while on vacation in Georgia. The Kroger in GA near my parents’ home gives a senior citizen discount—and gas points—and tax is cheaper—and stars are on the Starbucks coffee bags—and I use the bags for free coffee when they are empty—and this Starbucks Star reward is perfect for earning more $ back on my coffee–stacked savings!! Let’s just keep our coffee beans in alignment and make sure that the coffee is on SALE when I get there! (Logged on to my account and the promotion is in there—take a look! You should see it in your account too! Ends December 3rd)!!
‘Tis the season of Christmas Blend too so while I’m stopping in for FREE coffee with my empty Starbucks bags, I’ll take a peek at the prices on these bags—and see if they too have STAR codes on them! And have you seen the adorable little red cup gift cards—yes shaped like little red cups!?! One could gift these and the recipient (like me) could use them on their Christmas tree once the gift card is empty (my daughter’s idea–she’s only 5.5 but loves creative touches)!
Think outside the box with your gifts this season but be kind to your wallet too!
