I did a big Kroger mega event shopping trip last Friday. I also took advantage of the Kraft product catalina and the PowerBar freebies. When I was done checking out, the catalina offers did not print! I was expecting to get a $10 off my next order catalina from Kraft and a $3 off my next order catalina from PowerBar. To say I was disappointed is an understatement! $13 is a lot of money!
However, there is a chance that I can still get those catalina coupons and the money I am owed. I have called Catalina Marketing in the past (1-888-8Coupon) with good results. They need information off of your receipt, so you must have that. When I called this time, there was a recording directing me to Catalina Consumer Support online. It took me just a few minutes to fill out the forms and report the information found on my receipt. I should hear back from them in two business days. If I win this dispute, they will mail my catalina coupons to me!
