Cold and flu season is once again upon us. As we try to take precautions in preventing the spread of illness, it is inevitable that someone in the family will come down with something. Fortunately most of the time it  is nothing too serious; just a virus that lingers for a few days. Although the cold virus isn’t serious in most instances, it can make you feel miserable! With my boys being 6 and 8, I am cautious about giving them too many medications. However, I do like to relieve their symptoms.

This makes going to sleep really difficult since his cough worsens when he lays down. To help ease his cough we use Little Remedies Honey Cough Syrup. What I love about Little Remedies products is that they have “Everything they need, nothing they don’t”. There are no artificial colors, flavors or alcohol. The honey cough syrup only has three ingredients! Combined with propped up pillows, the Little Remedies Cough Syrup gives Mr. B enough relief that he can fall asleep.

little-remedies-saline-spray-drops2.png.354x308_q85Little Remedies products are made for children ages 0-11. The Saline Nasal Spray is perfect for little ones with stuffed up noses. There are NO side effects from using the nasal spray so it is safe for infants too! When my boys were infants I used the nasal spray to help loosen mucous before using the nasal aspirator. It really helped my boys breath better!
