I came across this handwritten recipe in my recipe book the other day and I have no idea where it originated from. I whipped it up quickly and it came out great! This recipe reminds me of a dump cake although a few more ingredients. Hubby and I have been enjoying these pumpkin pie squares all week long!
Pumpkin Pie Squares
Tips
- Top with chopped nuts before baking for an added crunch.
- Let the pumpkin completely cool before cutting. Believe me it makes a big mess if you try to cut it too early!
