This is a bonus pack that comes with Crest 3D Whitestrips and a bonus coupon booklet. There is a $20 rebate out for Oral-B toothbrushes that make this an even better deal!

Shipping is free when you spend $45 or you can have it shipped to the store for free.

Submit for the $20 Oral-B rebate found here or there was one in the Sunday paper $20 MIR Oral-B Pulsonic or Professional Care Rechargeable Toothbrush, exp. 12/26/11 (RP 11/13/11 R).

And yes, I really do think electric toothbrushes do a better job than manual toothbrushes if you use them correctly!
