As many of you know, I am a registered dental hygienist and provide dental care to my patients four days a week. I love to talk all things dental so if you ever have a question, please ask!
Each February, the American Dental Association (ADA) sponsors National Children’s Dental Health Month to raise awareness about the importance of oral health.Developing good habits at an early age and scheduling regular dental visits help children get a good start on a lifetime of healthy teeth and gums. This year’s theme for National Children’s Dental Health Month is “Rock Your Smile.”
Last year I did a series of posts about carrying for your child’s teeth:
How to Care for Your Child’s Teeth
When to Change Your Toothbrush
How to Get Rid of the Pacifier
If you have a dental question about your child, I would be happy to try to answer it. Take some time this month to teach your kids about good oral health and start good habits early!
