I made a Kroger run this afternoon for a few grocery items that I had no coupons for today! However, I remembered to carry in my coupon binder for unadvertised deals and any bargains that I wasn’t really searching for today! Here’s what I found:
(2) Glade Aerosol Air Freshners @ $1.42 each
after $0.55 coupon doubled: $0.32 each
(2) Pantene Hair Products (shampoo & conditioner) @ $1.25 each
These were marked as “Manager’s Special” from original price: $3.99 each.
(There is a Pantene coupon out if you still have it that would make these free $3/2 Pantene Product, exp. 12/31/11 (P&G 11/27/11))
TRESemme Conditioner (large bottle) @ $2.19 each
After $1.00 coupon: $1.19
Blistex @ $1.61
After $0.55 coupon doubled: $0.51
(2) Beverage Napkins (colors versatile for year round usage) @ $0.32 each
Total: $6.27 for these 8 products
Saved: $14.48 for products that I’ll use this winter! That’s a 70% savings at Kroger + gas points!
Litsa lives in the Tennessee area and her Kroger doubles $0.55 coupons while Renae’s Kroger only doubles up to $0.50. Make sure you know what your Kroger’s policy is before shopping!
