Here’s my quick tip recipe: In a deep saute dish, pour in your favorite olive oil. Turn your stove top on to medium heat to let the olive oil begin to warm up. Quickly, slice up the plastic bag around your Hormel tenderloin. Place it on a dish to season with salt & pepper (use your own spices for variety). When the olive oil is hot, place the tenderloin into the pan. Be careful so that the olive oil doesn’t burn you. Sear the meat on all sides of the round loglike tenderloin. This should not take more than 5-10 minutes. Turn your stove top off. Throw in a few red potatoes sliced in half (prewash, precut, preseason these potatoes). Toss more flavor into your dish by adding lemon juice or Italian dressing. Bake at 375 or 400 degrees F.
