It seems like just a short time ago the big news was the worry over Y2K. Yes we all survived the calendar changing to the year 2000! Now here we are 14 years later! Time really does speed up when you are raising kids!
Each new year signals a new start thus prompting many of us to identify behaviors we want to change. The most popular resolutions are losing wight, getting organized, enjoying life and saving money. Did you know that approximately 90% of New Year’s resolutions are never reached? If you are planning on making New Year’s resolutions this year, consider making SMART Goals. Setting realistic and specific goals will help you be successful with your resolution!
I look forward to 2014- the excitement, the challenges, the unknown and the growth!
Happy New Year’s!
