Happy New Year! It is hard to believe that 2012 is behind us! My hope is that all of you will have a prosperous and healthy 2013. I think so many of us are ready for something positive as many of us have dealt with hardships lately- death, financial burdens and health concerns. The good news is their are so many things to be thankful for! Even though I have been emotional and saddened by events, I am forever thankful for my family, our home, my job and so much more.

So many things have happened over the last few weeks that I have really soaked up the time with my boys. I have worried less about the blog and concentrated more on them. Not that I don’t love you all, I just need to invest in their precious lives. I will still be here blogging, but I have given myself a break. I used to stress if a post wasn’t prepared. I have come to realize that the stress is unnecessary.

I am not big on resolutions because I think most resolutions are never reached. However, I do have a goal of more family time in 2013.

I wish you much love, health and prosperity in 2013!

  1. Happy New Year, Renae!

You do what is best for you and yours… I doubt anyone will ever say “I wish I had blogged one more time” when looking back on their life, but we may regret not spending as much time as possible with our loved ones.
