Every Halloween I put together a themed meal for my boys and my nephews. It is so much fun coming up with a menu and creating fun dishes. This is a very easy appetizer that makes a great centerpiece for your buffet.
Lady Finger Dip
Favorite Sour Cream Dip (Ranch or Dill Dip)
(4) Carrots
Red Bell Pepper
Toothpicks
Peel the carrots. Break one carrot in half to form the thumb and pinky finger. Break toothpicks in thirds. Cut a red bell pepper strip into finger nail size pieces. Attach the red bell pepper to the peeled carrot using the toothpicks. Arrange the carrots standing up in the dip to look like fingers.
