Many grocery stores have disinfecting wipes available near the carts at the store entrance. I like to wipe down the cart handle before I start pushing the cart around- especially when I have my kiddos with me!
The other thing I do is grab a disinfecting wipe on my way out of the store. Why?
Think of everything you touch throughout the store. To help keep the germs away and your family healthy, grab a wipe on the way out or use hand sanitizer! Make sure to tackle your kiddos hands too as they are more likely to be touching everything- it amazes me what they find!
P.S. I also grab a wipe at the meat counter after I have handled the packages of meat. Many times those packages are leaky.
