Is organization at the top of your list of resolutions and/or goals for the New Year, 2012? Or are you afraid to list the word “organize” on your list of goals this year? Are you fearful that at the end of the year, you’ll still have to add it to the top of your list for 2013?
Let’s face it! All of us are wired differently and each of us has different assets. Together we can celebrate the New Year with the gifts we’ve been bestowed and organize our lives in small morsels throughout the year. As I embrace this New Year with the changes in my family’s work, daycare, and meal schedule, I’m thankful that my assistant, Litsa, will be sharing ways that we can all gain organization room by room, corner to corner for added comfort to our daily lives! Keep in mind that what works for one household may or may not work for another household. All of our lives and households are busy and revolve around our own needs/lifestyles—and our own space, our home’s layout.
Throughout the following weeks, these organization tidbits are to help you implement what might work for you and your family. We’d also like to hear back from you! What organization strategies work for your family and lifestyle? Together, we can have it all by embracing our differences and one another’s gifts. Even, if you are like me and await your mother to help you organize when she visits! Or if you are like Litsa, who organizes corner to corner, room by room daily only to still have paper piles & pictures & more left to organize on another day, week, or year!
Happy Organizing in 2012!
