Are you ready for some fruity goodness? Grab a box of Yasso Frozen Greek Yogurt Bars, which come in six flavors, including mango, coconut, and raspberry (80 calories, ½ gram or less of fat, and 6 to 7 grams of protein).
Or make a fruity sandwich…..
In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix ½ cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt, 1 ½ TBSP granulated sugar, and 1 TBSP lime juice. Cover and freeze 25 to 30 minutes, until thick but still soft enough to stir. Break 2 sheets of cinnamon graham crackers into 4 squares. Stir the yogurt mixture and divide between 2 of the graham cracker squares, then gently top with the other 2 squares. Freeze until the filling is firm, at least 1 hour. (Each sandwich: 128 calories, 1 gram of fat).
