February announces that love is in the air! There are pinks, reds, whites—-and love notes everywhere! But don’t forget that loving yourself is fundamental in finding renewed energy, radiant skin, disease fighting nutrients, and more! Use February’s platform of LOVE to remind yourself to take care of your body first and foremost so that you can share your talents and love with your family and friends.
