During the week I come across a lot of articles and blog posts that I think are worth reading. Or I come across a new recipe I want to try or a craft idea. Most of the time I don’t have time to read the whole article or follow through with making the the item at that moment. The ideas are just “filed” away for another day.
I thought it would be fun to share some of the ideas and articles I come across so you can file them for later. Plus this will give me a way to “file” the links to articles I want to read more about later!
This weeks File it Friday ideas:
DIY Snow Globe: This is such a cute and simple idea! The snow globes would make unique packaging for a gift card or just a cute gift from a child.
Shrinky Dink Ornaments: I have never used shrink film but I like the idea of preserving your child’s artwork in ornament form! you could do this yearly to see their progression!
Wine Wrapping Ideas: If you are gifting wine this holiday season, checkout these ideas for wrapping the wine bottles!
Sell By Date: I came across this website that is a great resource for the shelf life of food! Many things are good past the sell by date and this website gives you an idea of how long you can use these items.
Sewn Paper Candy Pouch: I love, love, love this idea! I was planning to pick up some M&M’s at CVS tomorrow but was curious how I could package them for stockings since they are the big bags. This is perfect!
I would love for all of you to share your File it Friday finds! Did you come across a post this week that is worth sharing? A recipe, a craft, parenting tip or another good article? Feel free to share the link in the comment box below.
