We all need to EXERCISE. Today. Tomorrow. Next week….throughout the year….next year!?! How do you keep putting one foot in front of the other—–keeping yourself motivated that is!?!
Do you enlist the help of a fitness coach, a girlfriend, a group, motivation Facebook posts in your news feed, or……!?! Maybe it’s ALL of the above!?! It may indeed be—a little of this and a little of that to help you stay motivated.
Everyone has a different rhythm for staying motivated and maintaining personal victories. You have to find your own and when you do it is worth it.
Recently, I read a one page article in one of my fitness magazines about motivation reflecting on how/when/where/why we exercise. I have the images she discussed in my mind—-a gym bag full of everything…gloves, weights, leggings, shorts, pony tail holders, ipod, water bottle, etc. However, she concluded with saying that in essence we don’t need all that FLUFF to move. All we need is m.o.t.i.v.a.t.i.o.n. Yes! If we don’t HAVE motivation to move our bodies, we may never see results.
Do you want to feel different?
Do you want to embrace fitness for a lifetime?
Think through what motivates YOU. Then, JUST DO IT!?!
Don’t allow the negatives—the deterrents in life to step in your way!
Devise a plan.
Get motivated.
Go, go NOW.
MOVE to stay FIT!
