Are you ready to fall back? I sure am! Remember to turn your clocks back as Daylight Saving Time ends! Clocks are moved back one hour from 2 am DST to 1 am standard time.
It’s also a good idea to change the batteries in the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. The recommendation is to change the batteries when the time changes in order to remind you to do it.
Changing the time is tough for our bodies. I notice it takes a week or so for my body to adjust. The children are no exception! Allow for wiggle room in your schedule this week to allow little bodies to adjust!
