To take part in this promo you do need to signup. You can signup in stores or online. Just fill out the short form here or scan your ExtraCare Card in stores at the red box and a coupon will print out. This promo runs from 9/16/12 until 12/15/12. The quarterly ExtraBucks will print on 1/1/13.
