If you have a Chick-fil-A location near you, make sure you call to find out what their Leap Day special is! It seems that there are various promos at different locations. Leap Day occurs on February 29, 2012.
A couple of promos:
Chick-fil-A Short Pump Crossing, Virginia – $0.29 Milkshakes from 11am to 7pm.
Chick-fil-A Dallas/ Fort Worth, Texas – Free Chick-n-Minis 6:30am to 10:30am.
Chick-fil-A Wilson, North Carolina – Every 29th customer will receive a FREE Original Chick-fil-A sandwich from 6am to 10pm.
The promos really do vary by location so your best bet is to call or stop in to confirm the Leap Day promo at your location!

It may not be happening at all Chick-fil-A locations which I stated in the post. It is a real promotion for some locations as it was advertised on the area specific Chick-fil-A facebook pages.
