Sometimes you need to call customer service! Don’t hesitate to call! They are there to support us as consumers.
Today, I had to call Kroger customer service because I failed to pick up my receipt at the register! Receipts are important to me because I like to price check the items I bought, make sure the Mega Event sales rang up correctly, and watch for coupon deductions—as well as gas points…and scanning my receipts into apps that pay me back (i.e. Ibotta, Hog Receipt, Checkout51, etc.)
Additionally, I need my receipt to call Kroger Catalina Customer service today! I field tested the Kraft Cheese Block at our local Kroger store but I did NOT receive my $3 OYNO Catalina coupon. I did receive one from Campbell’s for purchasing 2 bottles of V8 juice. I was not expecting the v8 payout but I was expecting the $3 Kraft payout. I checked with a friend that also tried this new catalina offer from Kraft. It worked for her so I’ll definitely call to see if I can get my $3 paper coupon! Every penny counts.
…and my success with locating my receipt from Kroger’s Customer Service—a success!! All because of a phone call—they were able to print me a copy of my coveted receipt!!
TIP: Store phone numbers in your cell phone for easy customer service calls!
