Redbook’s Body Inspiration Tidbit:
“This one’s for those of us who’d bathe in coffee if we could. Red Flower’s Lemon Coffee Blossom Olive Stone body scrub ($66), use in spa treatments at Canyon Ranch, exfoliates and helps decrease the appearance of cellulite. To D.I.Y., just mix your leftover coffee grounds with a little oil and coarse sugar.”
How to Have it All’s recipe guru, Ashley, also shared with me that she uses coffee grounds to exfoliate dry, summer feet in the shower. Grab a plastic coffee tub and recycle your coffee grounds. Place the tub in the shower (with a lid, of course) and a little scoop. Each time you shower, scoop a palm sized amount of coffee grounds in your hand and rub into your feet. The aroma alone will leave your feet revitalized.
If you want to get fancy, remember you can make this Mocha Vanilla Body Scrub very easily and inexpensively.
I (Litsa) think I’ll caffeinate in the shower! Will you? What are your favorite favorable feet trends for keeping your feet in tip-top shape all year long?
