Small Business Saturday: FedEx Offering FREE $25 American Express Card

Shop Small Saturday

FedEx and American Express® are two of many companies teaming up to benefit America’s small businesses. Together, they’re sponsoring Small Business Saturday®, Nov. 26, 2011, as a way to encourage people to support shopping at small businesses.

American Express and FedEx are teaming up by giving shoppers a total of $1 million worth of Shop Small(SM) American Express gift cards to spend at local retailers across America. The registration for the FREE $25 American Express card begins November 1, 2011 at 1 pm EST on the FedEx facebook page. They will be giving away 30,000 gift cards via their facebook page. I would be ready to jump at 1 pm as these will go quick!

If you own a small business, American Express is giving you free tools to make Small Business Saturday your biggest day of the year. Small businesses are so important and it makes me so sad to see so many of them struggling.

I am going to be trying to score a $25 gift card too! Let me know if you get one!
