I had a long break from grocery shopping. We have been extremely busy this summer and I am out of my routine for grocery shopping. Kroger is my normal go to store- it had been 3 weeks since my last Kroger run. Needless to say, we were in need of major groceries! So you will not see a super low total below. However, I was pleased with this shop.

One thing I would recommend is to strategically use your free item coupons. I saved the beverage free coupons because I figured at some point those items would be part of a special savings event. I have been doing this for several years now and it seems that the same items come around on Mega Event sales.
Make sure you check out all of the Kroger matchups before you shop!
How did you do this week?
