What a weekend! We helped a friend move on Saturday and the boys had a baseball game. On Sunday we had an in house karate tournament. Even though we spent very little time at our house, I did manage to get a little cooking done for once! I put my marinara sauce in the slow cooker Sunday morning. This will be the base for a pasta meal and the sauce for homemade pizza. I also browned the ground turkey for the pasta meal. I roasted cauliflower and made a cauliflower salad for lunches!
Even though I have some things cooked, we are still going to be scrambling for meals this week. The boys have two baseball games during the week, we have karate and we will have company mid-week. It’s going to be a lot of eating on the run!

Monday- Spaghetti (with marinara sauce and ground turkey)
Tuesday- Tacos
Wednesday- Pizza
Thursday– Breakfast burritos
Friday– Turkey burgers, sweet potato fries
