Can you believe it? It’s the first of December! We are three weeks away from Christmas! Don’t panic (at least that is what I am telling myself!). I am back with menu planning this week after two weeks off! This is a busy month – so hopefully I can keep up with the planning!

Monday- Creamy Turkey Noodle Soup (made on Sunday)
Tuesday- Enchiladas
Wednesday- Homemade Pizza (this has become a regular Wednesday night dish!)
Thursday– Shrimp & Lower Fat Alfredo Sauce, Broccoli
Friday– One Pot Tomato Basil Pasta
